Well this week I had the most amazing work outs, hard core-never sweat more in my life. Felt great getting back on track. I believe I created some new muscles. Then Friday morning I was fighting with Boston and got her out of the tub and slipped on my already bumbed knee and twisted it bad. That just sent the rest of the weekend out of control. Thus the weight gain and my period. I can only do better right. It shouldn't get any worse. So hopefully next week I'll drop it all off and be ready to hit March with a BANG!
Note to self....if I want to buy girl scout cookies, just buy them and donate them right back to them or hand them off to a homeless person. I don't need the temptation in my home. Least I still have not eaten chocolate.

New week can't wait. Great things are going to happen. Great work outs. Found out my knee surgery is March 16th. Looking forward to that. Had a pretty good week with everything. Food, at a little bit more than I should have, but it was probably all the stress with Phil's health. Hope he will get better soon. I'm trying to not be a stress eater or any other kind of eater for that matter. On my way to the gym! Have a great week!
