157!!! WAHOO

So my new diet is working amazing! Now if I can just get to the gym. I was able to go 3 times this past week. I would have lost a lot more if I hadn't eaten 4 hamburgers form the dollar menu on vacation. YUCK. My thanksgiving dinner was a grilled chicken salad though. Then started my period 2 days ago.

This week my goals are exercise every evening, since my husband is subbing in the am for seminary again. If I can kick my exercise up a couple notches I'd be dominating my body. But I can only do so many things at once!:)

It's gonna be a great week!!! GO EXERCISE.

158!!!

I did get down to 157 this week so I know it's possible. So many things have gotten in my way with exercising. Phil came home early and then ended up subbing for early morning seminary so I was with out my gym. But there's no stopping me this week even with Thanksgiving. We are going to the Renaissance Festival in Houston. YEAH! So no big turkey dinner to fix or eat!

It's been a great motivator to have people tell me I look thinner-WAHOO!!! So here's to an even better week!

MY MOTIVATION


So here are some pictures finally. I need to do before and after pictures soon.
But this week was hard because I had my ingrown toenail removed, so that meant no hard physical work outs. I can't wear tenie shoes for another 2 weeks. I can swim and do videos at home for the most part. Phil left this week too, so that means I've got 2 weeks to get my butty in gear. I want to have lost at least 6 Pd's while he's gone. I CAN DO IT!!!
These pictures just gross me out, with my weight on my belly-granted I just had a baby 6 months ago. But I gotta love my self. I can do it. I will do it. I have to do it.
This week, not eating dinner-just taking my shakes and eating only at meals. More veggies and fruit and tons of water!

162 BABY!

So this week I sat my husband down and pleaded for his help. I said I need and want to loose this weight. What do I need to do? He said well you've cut out candy, chocolate and soda so now you need to cut your snacks, just eat at meals. So that's what I've been doing and it's been so hard and wow the results! HOT MOMMA HERE I COME. I'm just amazed at how well I am doing, I've only slipped once and with popcorn while he was on a camp out. But I know I have to report to him at every meal so I just don't do it. I'm excited to see if this will help more.
