Man that weight feels great! I wan to loose 3 more pounds and that's it. I don't think it has been a total obsession yet. My happy weight is right now. I did finally go the jeweler and have to get my ring sized down from a 9.5 to a 8.5 a whole size!!! That's freaking awesome!
My Gold's Gym $45,000 challenge ends in 5 more weeks, so to loose 3 pounds for that and tone every inch of me is totally do able! This week I'm going to eat more veggies and work out as hard as I can.
