147!!! When I started back in October I didn't really set any goals other than to get my eating under control. Holy cow, never thought I would lose 20lbs. I love being this small. I want to lose see if I can get to 138. My work outs are kicking butt, my eating is amazing and I'm just loving the power I have over my choices and what I put in my mouth. I have come along way.
People ask me what I do and it's all about sacrifice. You have to be sick and tired of being sick and tired. I knew I had a problem when I made a pan of brownies and I ate a few, then threw the rest away. Then went into the trash to dig it out and eat some more. I seriously had a problem. I had no SELF CONTROL. But now I have total control and I love the benefits of all of it. If I can do this anyone can do this! Yeah for 2010!!! This is my year!

ReplyDeletehaha, I agree, I'm like my kids sometimes...I throw the junk food away, and then go back for it later. Haven't done it in a while (though my kids do about once a week), but yea, I remember we had those wrapped Lindor truffle thingies and I ate one and craved them so I threw them away...then later that day, 2 came out of the garbage...Hmmm. haha. You're doing great! Keep it up!
