This time around I'm not in it to loose more weight. I need to be accountable to someone. My goals are to maintain and tone. I started Bill Phillips total transformation. It's awesome, very inspiring and you should check it out. http://www.transformation.com/ I also LOVE http://www.crossfit.com/ it's amazing, all using your own body weight, with out a gym and the results are awesome. It does amazing things to your body!!! I am loving life right now. I love who I've turned into and it is so fun to see all the changes in me have affected our family. I love how people tell me that I inspire them, that's priceless and very humbling. Seriously, if I can do this anyone can do it. It's hard, but the results are so worth it. Good luck everyone.

We need to find a triathlon to do together. I was thinking the one in Goodyear during Thanksgiving would be perfect it is just a short one but is fun.

Miken you are my hero....STILL! Iam six days into Bill Phillips BFL and have seen amazing results already. 3lbs lost, today is my freeday and Iam eating well, I CHOSE to have some choc eggs, they made me feel sick, so IM DONE. Drunk a bunch of water right after and feel MUCH BETTER. I LOVE putting good stuff into my body, it feels so amazing. The workouts are amazing, I have added a little more cardio in short bursts to drop the fat faster. I will post some pics once I hit half way...I LOVE YOU
