But this week was hard because I had my ingrown toenail removed, so that meant no hard physical work outs. I can't wear tenie shoes for another 2 weeks. I can swim and do videos at home for the most part. Phil left this week too, so that means I've got 2 weeks to get my butty in gear. I want to have lost at least 6 Pd's while he's gone. I CAN DO IT!!!
These pictures just gross me out, with my weight on my belly-granted I just had a baby 6 months ago. But I gotta love my self. I can do it. I will do it. I have to do it.
This week, not eating dinner-just taking my shakes and eating only at meals. More veggies and fruit and tons of water!
