162 BABY!

So this week I sat my husband down and pleaded for his help. I said I need and want to loose this weight. What do I need to do? He said well you've cut out candy, chocolate and soda so now you need to cut your snacks, just eat at meals. So that's what I've been doing and it's been so hard and wow the results! HOT MOMMA HERE I COME. I'm just amazed at how well I am doing, I've only slipped once and with popcorn while he was on a camp out. But I know I have to report to him at every meal so I just don't do it. I'm excited to see if this will help more.
