157!!! WAHOO

So my new diet is working amazing! Now if I can just get to the gym. I was able to go 3 times this past week. I would have lost a lot more if I hadn't eaten 4 hamburgers form the dollar menu on vacation. YUCK. My thanksgiving dinner was a grilled chicken salad though. Then started my period 2 days ago.

This week my goals are exercise every evening, since my husband is subbing in the am for seminary again. If I can kick my exercise up a couple notches I'd be dominating my body. But I can only do so many things at once!:)

It's gonna be a great week!!! GO EXERCISE.
